Fruition Business Group provides a full outsourcing Business Development Team for technology and
Startup companies.

As part of the team you will have the opportunity to work on a few projects at the same time and
might even in other industries which will benefit you with vast experience. 

 

In this position, you will work as part of a Project Team to build, expand and serve our customers’ grow
in the U.S. market.

 

As part of the team and according to your position we will primarily source and develop new business, which may include our entire scope of offerings.

You will also be part of developing and implementing action plans for penetration into new industries and markets according to the Customers needs.

 

The position can be based in a remote home office in part-time or full-time. 

Though, it might require (According to the position) nationwide travel to ensure continuous client contact and customer service.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and based on the amount of Fruition’s Customers you work with. 

 

Given the role is to work independently and might even remotely at times, we are looking 

for an energetic, “get it done” self starter who would relish the opportunity to penetrate and
build a business while growing their revenue and by that to convert them into satisfied customers.

Business Development Manager (BDM)

As the BDM and the team manager, you’ll be called upon to think strategically. 

In this position, you will primarily source and develop new business, which may include our entire scope of offerings. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing action plans for penetration into our existing account base.

Represent Fruition Customers as their BDM as part of the team who work for the company.

Sales Rep.

Business Development Associate (BDA)

The Business Development Associate must be equally effective at generating and qualifying new sales leads as well as coordinating, planning and assisting the team with the tools needed post meeting in order to get to contract stage.

Support Business Development department requests for proposal development, requests for case studies, pitch development assistance, new case study development and to provide sales data, etc.

Digital Marketing Specialist

The primary function of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive online conversions through effective digital marketing campaigns which will be built and design per Customer needs and the definition by the Business Development Unit manager, such as: owning tactics including website development and optimization, email, landing pages, web capture forms, and digital advertising.

You will responsible for designing, executing, and tracking all digital marketing strategies for the agency’s digital and traditional campaigns.
